"The refrigerator in our Dynasty stopped working on propane while we traveled south. Found that Jorgensens was an authorized Norcold service center.
Drove to Richfield fearing the worst.
Their technician, Mr Lipsey, spent 20 minutes checking things out, looking for the problem, finding everything OK, until he opened the ignition chamber and found that a piece of rust had fallen on the ignitor. He cleaned it out, blew out the flue and every thing worked fine.
He could have easily told me the board was fried or anything else and charged me an arm and a leg. Instead .5 hrs of labor, and I was back on the road.
Everyone there was friendly and obviously this is an honest operation. I bought some other supplies, their inventory of outdoor gear is impressive. I'd highly recommend them.

"MIke Jorgenson sold me a new RZR, he was honest and did all that he could to make me the best deal and get what I wanted. The service department are the mirror of the owners, they do all they can to get you riding instead of waiting for your ride. The workmanship is second to none.

"I was on the road on my Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Had a rear flat tire on Hwy 89 about 25 miles south of Richfield. Jack Hansen (tow truck driver) saved me. Your Honda dealership took care of me the first thing in the morning with a HD tire and I was on my way for my two week bike trip up through Washington State and back to Phoenix AZ. Jack was a top notch guy and your Honda mgr along with the tech were awesome. I thank you very much."

"I just bought a brand new Rm z250 and Dennis jorgensen told me it would but much better and different than what i had a "crf 230f " and he was right its been the funniest thing iv rode i can get out there and race and smoke people! And tracey that works there said suzuki rm z250 is the way to go and i know now he was right cause i have a bald tire and can still beat some friends with 250 kfx, crf, dennis help my monthly payments fit and worked with us really well so i could make my payment and i am 16 years old and am paying for a 5,000 dollar bike! there a great company and can get anything for any bike for you! thanks"

"i bought 2006 bombardier outlander 800xt and there hasnt been anything else i have rode that even compares for the utilities market it goes further faster with good fuel economy and is almost as comfortable as a polaris i have put 2400 miles on it in the 2 years i have had it and i think it might even give a honda a run for its money in long term "always there to be driven""

"We bought (4) 4-wheelers and a trailer a couple years ago...after trying to get the best prices in So.NV and So. UT and w/o all the haggling - we went to Jorgensen's...they were up-front and honest from the start and w/o even giving them the quotes we had gotten prior to visiting them - and just asking for the lowest and best they could give us for what we wanted...they smoked the competition not only in price, but in just plain good ole customer service and honesty.
GOOD customer service is getting rare...we needed 1 of our quads serviced and some parts replaced - they took care of it and the service we received was amazing. Because we live out of town they pushed us to the top of their list and fixed the problem we were having with top quality. We've even purchased a variety of accessories from them...even sent my kids at times for me - and all of us have received the best customer service, the kind like we were old time friends. I appreciate their service and their care in customers and reccommend them to all our friends and aquaintences..."
